What we actually do
On most phones the screen is really three things bonded together — the glass, the touch layer under it, and the display itself. Which one broke changes the job, and that is the first thing we check.
You get a straight answer on what it needs, and a price, before anything is opened up.
Two things before you come: back it up if it still turns on, and bring your passcode. We need to unlock it afterwards to check touch, brightness and the front camera.
Signs it is the screen
- Cracks or spidering across the glass
- Areas that no longer respond to touch
- Lines, bands or blotches on the display
- Black screen, but it still rings or vibrates
- Ghost touches — it taps things by itself
- Backlight is on but the picture is not
Worth fixing, or not?
Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so. If the phone is old, or the damage went past the screen, we would rather tell you at the counter than take the job and have you back in two months.

Prices vary from phone to phone, and by model. Posting one number here would get it wrong for most people reading it.

Can you fix a cracked screen in one visit?
Most screens are a same-visit job. Call with your make and model and we will tell you where yours lands.
How much does a screen repair cost?
It depends on the make and model, so we price your phone rather than posting one number. Call (414) 763-6727 or ask at the counter — the quote is free.
What should I bring for a screen repair?
Your passcode, and a backup if the phone still turns on. We need to unlock it afterwards to check touch, brightness and the front camera. We do not open your photos, your messages or your accounts.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in whenever we are open — Monday to Saturday 10am–7pm, Sunday 12pm–5pm — and we look at it while you wait.
Will the repair erase what is on my phone?
A screen, battery or charge port repair does not normally erase anything. Make a backup first if you can — it is good practice before any repair.
Do you repair water-damaged phones?
No. Water damage is not a repair we take on, so you would need a shop that does. If your phone has been in liquid, stop charging it.
Do you repair tablets or iPads?
No. We repair phones, not tablets or iPads.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
